Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Good Stuff Coffee Co., every event is carefully prepared with staffing, inventory, equipment coordination, and scheduling reserved specifically for your date and time. To provide the best experience for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Deposit

A retainer is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer and signed agreement are received.

The retainer covers:

  • Event date reservation
  • Administrative planning
  • Staffing coordination
  • Equipment preparation
  • Inventory purchasing

Client Cancellations

More Than 14 Days Before Event

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund.

7–14 Days Before Event

Cancellations made within 7–14 days of the event date will receive 50% of the deposit.

Less Than 7 Days Before Event

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will unfortunately receive no refund due to staffing, preparation, and inventory commitments already made.

Special Orders

If Good Stuff Coffee Co. has purchased custom, personalized, or special-order items specifically for your event — including branded cups, signage, sleeves, menus, or other custom materials — those costs remain the responsibility of the client in the event of cancellation, as these items are non-refundable and cannot be repurposed for other events.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule may be permitted if requested at least 7 days before the original event date and subject to availability.

Rescheduled events must take place within 6 months of the original booking date.

Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, clients are responsible for providing suitable covered space and safe operating conditions.

In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Good Stuff Coffee Co. reserves the right to pause or discontinue service for the safety of guests and staff.

Client Delays

Service time begins at the contracted start time, even if the event is delayed by the client or venue.

Additional service time may be available at an added hourly rate, subject to staff availability.

Force Majeure

Good Stuff Coffee Co. is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Venue closures
  • Power outages
  • Emergencies

In these situations, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.

Final Payments

Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of services.

Agreement to Terms

By submitting payment and confirming a booking with Good Stuff Coffee Co., the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

These terms apply to all services, events, and bookings unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Good Stuff Coffee Co.

We understand plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate adjustments whenever possible while ensuring exceptional service for every event we book.
