Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure an event date. Final payment is due before the event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Event Details

Final guest counts, event details, and requested changes must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event. Late changes may result in additional charges and are subject to availability.

3. Setup, Venue & Electrical Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access, parking, setup permissions, and adequate power access prior to the event.

A dedicated 120V / 15-amp circuit per espresso machine is required. Service disruptions caused by insufficient power or venue restrictions are not the responsibility of Good Stuff Coffee Co.

4. Outdoor Events & Weather

Outdoor service requires safe operating conditions and weather protection when necessary. Good Stuff Coffee Co. reserves the right to modify or discontinue service during unsafe weather conditions.

5. Cancellations & Client Responsibility

All bookings are subject to the Company’s Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Clients are responsible for damages caused to Company equipment or property by guests, vendors, or venues.

Custom or special-order items purchased for the event are non-refundable.

6. Liability & Legal

Good Stuff Coffee Co. maintains general liability insurance and follows safe food handling practices; however, guests consume beverages at their own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

7. Photography & Website Content

Good Stuff Coffee Co. may photograph and share event content for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

All website content, branding, photos, and materials remain the property of Good Stuff Coffee Co. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, signing an agreement, or booking services with Good Stuff Coffee Co., the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
